With some hard work and a little patience, things started to look up in March of 2003, when he was able to quit his full-time job with Boeing. Victor and his family made a move from Southern, CA to Rockwall, Texas. “I saw Texas as an open canvas. I had a vision, and I decided to follow what God told me to do,” says Victor. Victor Saliture, Founder
Victor has been working in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years. As he worked at Boeing cleaning airliners Victor’s desire for a career in the swimming pool industry became a reality when he started hanging door hangers on every home in Southern California. “Cleaning swimming pools began as a part-time job,” Victor says. With some hard work and a little patience things started to look up in March of 2003 when he was able to quit his full-time job with Boeing. Victor and his family made a move from Southern, CA to Rockwall, TX. “I saw Texas as an open canvas. I had a vision, and I decided to follow what God told me to do,” says Victor.
Cody Saliture, President
Cody Co-Founded Texas Pool Professionals with his Father. He has over 14 years of experience in the swimming pool industry; in service, repair, remodeling, and new construction. Cody does have fond memories of cleaning swimming pools at 8 years old with his Dad. He would say that brings him to at least 20 years of experience in the industry. As a team member with TPP, Cody oversees all operations on a day to day basis. Outside of work Cody enjoys disc golf, running, reading, and spending time with friends and family. He is married, with two children, and serves at his local church.
Brittany Saliture, Office Manager
Israel Sanchez, Remodel & Repair Manager
With more than 10 years in the home remodeling business, Israel brings so much experience to our team. Once on board with TPP, he honed in on swimming pools, and has soared ever since. Israel is very genuine, so managing remodel and repair projects with transparency and honesty is natural for him. The plumbing, framing, electrical, concrete, and design experience Israel brings to the team really shows every day. Israel is married to his wife Stephanie and has two children, Israel Judah & Rachel.
Robert Delamar, Service Manager
Robert brings over 25 years of experience in the swimming pool industry to TPP. This experience was specifically in the service and cleaning side of the swimming pool industry. His experience really shows on a daily basis as he manages his team and provides professional care to each service customer. In his free time Robert is an avid bowler. He enjoys Batman, and we think that’s awesome. Robert is a husband, and father of two.
Charles Weaver, Outside Sales Rep
Charles is a detail oriented individual with 30+ years in construction. He is highly motivated, dedicated, and capable of conquering any challenge that may present itself. He always strives to exceed all goals and expectations set before him. Charles says his passion for God, building, and remodeling runs deep, which he believes gives him the edge. “Building professional customer relationships is my goal and one thing I enjoy most.” He considers himself a Good Ol’ Boy who always works hard to get things done. He loves life, and it really shows on a day to day basis.
Melissa Frasier, Finance Manager
Melissa has been with Texas Pool Professionals since 2011. After she married in 1993, she worked as a legal assistant. Once she started her family, she transitioned to bookkeeping as a way to spend more time with her children after starting her family. Melissa has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. She has been married to her husband for 27 years and has three sons, five grandchildren, and a German Shepherd who doesn’t know she’s a dog. Music, reading and cooking are her favorite hobbies, along with almost any home remodeling show on HGTV. Her spare time is spent with her family and her church, where she is a member of the worship team.
